Better client relationship management

Microsoft 365 enables you to create customised emails and documents that are tailored to your audience. This can help you to maintain good relations with your clients and build trust between you and them. It will also make it easier for you to stay on top of any developments in the case that you are working on.

Use Microsoft 365 to improve client relationships:

Strengthen data security

With more and more companies using cloud-based services, the need for data security is increasing. In addition, as more people begin to conduct business online, there is also a need for cyber security measures to be taken. By upgrading your existing IT infrastructure with Microsoft 365, your law firm can improve its cyber security by taking advantage of the company’s multiple tools and features.

It offers enterprise-grade security with biometric authentication, user and device management, and easy-to-implement security tools, including:

  2. Two-factor authentication: provides a second layer of verification for users by requiring multiple forms of user verification when logging on.
  3. Data loss prevention: allows you to monitor your data usage and alert you when suspicious activity is detected.

Reliable document storage and management

Microsoft 365 enables cloud-based storage and management capabilities. You can easily organise and store documents in a central location, such as on OneDrive or SharePoint. This can save you time and make it easier to collaborate with other team members.

The platform can be used to store documents in the cloud and make them available to employees with a single click. This removes the need for employees to maintain a local server, which can reduce costs and increase security. It also means that employees don’t have to rely on their personal devices to access corporate data. employees can collaborate and share documents in real time without worrying about compatibility issues. All changes are tracked so that you know exactly what has being changed and when.

Improve workflows

With the growing number of digital devices in businesses, Microsoft 365 is a great way to provide an integrated, digital experience throughout your organisation. It allows you to streamline your workflow with tools like SharePoint and OneDrive for Business. You can also set up automated processes that run throughout the day, like sending emails based on a specific event or action. As a result, you can save both time and money by automating your workflow.

M365 is designed to help law firms automate more of their workflows, and can be used to track important case documents and keep track of correspondence between attorneys and clients.

We have been using Microsoft 365 for a few months now and we’ve seen a drastic increase in productivity. Plus we feel like we have more energy at the end of the day and I think this is partially because of M365. I wish we’d tried it out a long time ago but at least we are doing it now. Makes everything better and I highly recommend it.

I didn’t think M365 would make such a big difference for our firm, but it did. We can now take on much more work because we’ve created systems and procedures that rely on M365. Some of our clients have even praised us for being able to move things along much quicker than other firms out there.
